Have you ever wondered about the ghosts of Indianapolis?  Or perhaps spooky stories about our city's history?  Would you like to dress up early and kick off the month of October with some friendly costume fun!  Then join us for Spooky Night in the Old Northside on Friday October 7 from 7 - 9pm at Great Oak Commons Park (1427 N. Park Ave).

During the first hour of the event, from 7 - 8pm, participants will hear from ghost experts Michael and Nicole Kobrowski from the Unseen Press Inc and the Historical Indiana Ghost Walks and Tours. Hear about historical spooky stories related to downtown Indianapolis and nearby neighborhoods.

Guests are invited to enjoy yummy treats from the S’morecicle food vendor. You don’t want to miss this amazing dessert creation that blends together crowd favorites including s’mores and ice cream popsicles.

All are welcome to dress up in costumes and children are highly encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween attire.

While at the event purchase a Wreath of Davey Jones kit. Join in on the fall and pirate themed fun by displaying your best pirate wreath creation.  Kits will be sold through the ONS website ahead of time and also available at the event.  Supplies are limited.

Watch Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor for more event information.
