The Old Northside Neighborhood Association created a Land Use Committee (LUC) to review all Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission (IHPC) applications for a Certificate of Appropriateness or Authorization within the neighborhood which require an IHPC hearing.

IHPC applicants are encouraged to meet with the LUC before submitting an application to IHPC. This allows the LUC to assist applicants and facilitate the process.

Interested Neighbors are encouraged to participate to show support or express concerns. The meeting is in the All Saints Parrish Building in the lower level. This is on the north side the church and the door faces Central Avenue.
