Vaccine age eligibility is now 55
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic from this Friday March 5th through Sunday March 7th from 8am – 10pm! This clinic will be conducted by the Indiana State Department of Health and will be open for vaccine-eligible residents. The vaccine is a single dose! More information can be found here.

Covid Community Ambassador Program (#VaccinateIndy)
Attached is the release of a new program announced by Mayor Joe Hogsett, a partnership between the Office of Public Health and Safety and the Marion County Public Health Department to equip Indianapolis residents with accurate, up-to-date vaccine information. To kick off the campaign, the City of Indianapolis and the Marion County Public Health Department will host two webinars for participants on Facebook Live, via the OPHS Facebook page. One will be in English on March 3 at 6:00 p.m., and one will be in Spanish on March 4 at 6:00 p.m. More information can be found in the attachment above
KIB and NCAA looking for volunteers
Take part in KIB’s cleanup efforts around the city by signing up for a cleanup either on Saturday, March 13 or a tree planting on Thursday, March 18. Register here!

Pothole Season
As asphalt plants begin to open for the season, DPW has begun using hot mix asphalt to aid in repairing city streets. A reminder you can always report potholes via the Request Indy website, the mobile app on iPhone or Android, or by calling the Mayor's Action Center at 317-327-4622
